Bake Until Done
The recipe says "bake until done,"
because you never measured,
you just knew —
the way you knew I'd failed the test,
needed gas money, fallen in love,
before I'd finished saying "hi, Mom."
I'm following your card tonight.
It doesn't say how much of you to add.
I'm adding all of it.
