Corrections & rights reports

A useful report identifies the exact work and version. The fingerprint on every poem page lets us review and suppress one record quickly without guessing which text you saw.

Include these details

  1. The exact QuillOak page URL.
  2. The SHA-256 fingerprint shown in its source and rights card.
  3. Whether the issue concerns text, title, author, date, source, translation, or rights.
  4. Your proposed correction and a reliable edition, scan, catalog, or rights document.
  5. For a rights claim: your relationship to the work and the relevant jurisdiction.

Review process

We compare the report with the committed source and cited edition. A credible urgent rights claim can be suppressed first and reviewed second. Accepted text changes create a new fingerprint and review date; we do not silently rewrite the record.
